21 October 2009 : The bushes have been reworked with a ramer, the inside diameter has been increased from 25 to 25.5 mm. The axle has been recharged by my good friend Philippe and I have started the turning of the spacer (with an outside diameter of 25.5mm). Remains to turn the axle and make a new woodruff key.
3 January 2010 : The woodruff key is finished, the pinion has been broached and every thing reassembled. No more play in the steeering.
3 December 2009 : The groove in the axle is really too much worn. I have so machined it. The width has been increased from 6 to 7.5mm. I have started to machine a new woodruff key.
